Saba Kia is an Iranian-born creative producer. Saba broke into the film industry as an Assistant Location Manager on big-budget feature films; her credits include ‘Annihilation’, ‘Ex Machina’ and ‘Transformers; The Last Knight’. As a Producer, Saba found international success with her award-winning short film, ‘The Dry Fields’. She has since gone on to produce both independently and alongside notable Executive Producers Andrew Macdonald, Sky Studios, and Creative England. In 2022 she produced ‘Women. Life. Freedom.’ for Vogue to highlight the atrocities being committed by the Iranian regime against women.

Tom Petch is a writer, director and producer. Tom served with the British Army until 1997 leading small teams gathering Intelligence on the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia and persuading the Bosnian Serbs to accept peace. He founded the UK’s leading line production company, Salt Film, in 2000. He started directing in 2006 and his first feature film, ‘The Patrol’ set in Afghanistan, won the Raindance Film Festival 2013. Besides writing for film and television his first non-fiction book; ‘Speed. Aggression. Surprise.’ about the secret origins of the SAS was published by Pengiun Random House in 2022.
